Welcome to Mulo, a financial education mobile application (the “Service”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Service.

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Beta / MVP Notice:
Mulo is currently offered free of charge in its minimum viable product (MVP) phase. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
2. Financial Education & Disclaimers
This is the most important section of our agreement. Please read it carefully.
Not Financial Advice:
The Service provides financial education and general information only. Nothing within the Service constitutes, or is intended to constitute, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation regarding any financial product.
No Advisory Relationship:
Your use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between you and Mulo Ltd. We are not a financial advisor, broker, lender, or tax advisor.
Your Responsibility:
